How Credits Work
What are credits?
Credits are the currency of Well / Set. Each experience requires a certain number of credits to book (1–5). Your pass gives you a fresh batch of credits every month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. We recommend using them to keep your wellness momentum going.
Can I change or cancel my pass?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if an experience is sold out?
You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll be notified and credits are only deducted once confirmed. Mover and All-In members get waitlist priority.
